Raponi & Associates was formed in April of 2018 after Tom realized he couldn't actually retire after 39 years in broadcast. Tom is now using his diverse knowledge of different business verticals to empower new clients to achieve their business goals.

President and CEO
Tom Raponi
A native of New York, Raponi grew up in Queens, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Arts from St. John’s University. He was a varsity baseball player at St. John’s University for four years and signed a professional contract with the Detroit Tigers in September 1976. Prior to his most recent position as GM at WFXT, Raponi was the VP and General Manager of KTVU and KICU San Francisco from May 2011 through October 2014. Before joining Cox, Raponi was General Sales Manager at KMOV-TV in St Louis, Mo. He also worked as Director of Sales for WNYT-TV in Albany, NY; was both National Sales Manager and then Local Sales Manager of KCNC-TV in Denver, Colo.; and as a broadcast representative at Katz Communications in New York 1979, where his media career began.
